On Friday at 3pm PST, Jeff Barr, Amazon's web services evangelist, will join Cisco's Christian Renaud and Ogoglio's Trevor Smith to talk about the future of the 3D web. In particular, Jeff will speak about how Amazon's Elastic Compute Cloud can be used in the context of scaling virtual worlds and virtual worlds services.

I'm glad Jeff can make it. I was planning on promoting the EC2 as a fantastic tool for open source projects and startups, but Jeff will do a better job.
