Brazilian Airline to Crash Land in Second Life

In what has to be one of the funnier examples of a real life business replicating itself, uselessly, in Second Life, Brazil's TAM Airlines is reported to be readying virtual air trips to Milan, Paris, New York and England. Rumour has it that not satisfied with providing the absolute definition of worthless service within Linden Lab's 3D streaming world, where teleporting from one location to another is the norm, TAM will also make you wait for hours for your plane, lose your luggage for you, shoehorn you into a space that'd make your chiropractor wince, and feed you full of cellophane wrapped shit.

Game on...

Mmmm... I can't wait! :-)

Can I make a bid for Virtual Deep Vein Thrombosis, too? VDVT?

Aleister, they'd love it! do it.. heh...

You know, thinking about it. I'd go ride this plane at least once, wouldn't you? But they could have done this from the angle of getting into the cockpit, piloting the plane, or held virtual parties mid air.. tons of stuff they could have done with this to make it less lame..

maybe they will, we'll see i guess
