I am working on the Newbie experience Prokofy, and was on STA Travel Orientation obsessively its first 24 hours, the Electric Sheep company, in their infinite wisdom, found an employee for that orientation Island who has been in Second Life for three months, and has no clue about how to fix basic problems for the users. I try to stay away from Benandjerrys Orientation, as it only has about 3 people per hour, rarely any speak English, and it is too pink and cartoon-like.
Nick sounds suspiciously like a radio DJ out here. Cool though.
